These red tassel pendants are a great way to decorate your home with dharma. Hang them on the wall, above doorways or windows, they also make a wonderful moving ornament for the car. Beautifully detailed and composed of a red synthetic silk cord, choose between two variations of the Ashtamangala emblem, or a jade disk.

A simple yet elegant Chinese Jade “Pi Disk” hangs from a stylized Eternal Knot, and adorned with a decorative long tassel. Since ancient times, the Chinese have regarded such jade circles as a bridge between heaven and earth, empowered to bestow the blessings of wisdom and intelligence. School children are often given the gift of a jade Pi Disk in some form to aid their studies.

An elaborate Ashtamangala emblem secured between two faux pearls presents the 8 auspicious symbols embossed against red, green, white, and blue enamel backgrounds. Sacred to Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism, the symbols representing enlightened attributes are: the precious parasol, white conch shell, two golden fish, eternal knot, great treasure vase, victory banner, lotus flower, and 8-spoked Dharmachakra wheel. At the center of the medallion is an embossed golden crossed-vajra ringed by tiny colored stones.

Our simplified golden Ashtamangala medallion is adorned with brass beads and a stylised Eternal Knot. The medallion itself, displays the Ashtamangala─8 Auspicious Emblems─which are sacred to Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism. The symbols are embossed with colorful enamels, and surround a golden stylized Tibetan letter OM on a dark blue enamel background. These popular symbols represent enlightened attributes: the precious parasol, white conch shell, two golden fish, eternal knot, great treasure vase, victory banner, lotus flower, and 8-spoked Dharmachakra wheel.
